The location was very good, close to beaches and main road where all the shops, bars and restaurants were.
Very good location and nice restaurant
Not free wi-fi, late check-out for extra pay
What we liked best was the closeness to the beach and all the restaurants on the beach. The pool overlooks the beach and creates a nice atmosphere.
The breakfast was not very good, not much choice and eggs were most time over cooked.
Breakfast with view on the beach
Toilet not so clean. The shower is very close to W.C.
This place is excelently situated. Close to nightlife but you can get an early night with no problems if you need to recharge your batteries.
Our first room was awful, it was a bungalow, number 211. It was stinking of damp, was very dirty and had ants running up and down the walls where a headboard type thing was. We asked for it to be sorted out, our first experience at reception wasnt good. The first lady we asked was less than helpful and rather annoyed with us. I went and spoke to someone else who was very accommodating, she managed to get our room changed despite the resort being very full. The room we moved to was very basic but cleaner and smelt better. This place is in great need of a lick of paint, but it never spolit our time in Koh Samui, we had a ball. It is a poor 2 star hotel.
Every thing was perfect... i like personal and the Bangalow
location is great, just on the beach. The staff is friendly, especially the girl called Jib in the reception.
They offer the extra bed for my family, but it costs 800 BHT, that is too expensive.
the hotel is fairly good: swimming pool, thai massage, seaside, trees
old furniture, doesnt have panio, no varaity of tv channels, no wifi at room,,,it can be better if these point considered....rasool
The stuff was very friendly, allways smiling and saying hello. I've also liked the buffet breakfast which was reach and tasty, right on the beach, as well as the pool location. In spite of the fact it was rainy while I was there, I've enjoyed my staying.
WiFi was only available on the public areas and not in the rooms.
Good location. Decent pool and proximity to the beach.
The hotel is in need of some work, definitely needs some care. Looks like it hasn't seen any money put into it in several years. Not a place to stay if you'd like some quiet at night, because some goons will always be partying outside your door until sunrise. Found it to be expensive compared to similar or better places in Koh Samui.
The resort was located on the beach but was also close to Chaweng Beach night clubs and bars while still remaining private. The staff were friendly and efficient and made our stay very enjoyable. The facilities and layout are ideal for family stays and are very cost effective for large group bookings. Online booking was easy and the reception staff offered a good selection of villas to choose from. The resort provided a choice between either on-beach or mainstreet evening dining as well as eating in the beach side bar. Bar prices were comparable with other local establishments.
I thought that the large cruiser / scaffolding on the center lawn detracted from the beautiful park-like grounds and may have been a problem for small children at play.
Very close to the town centre for activity, but room was still quiet. Staff were very helpful and the beach view was great. Room was spacious and comfortable.
Only stayed one night, but could not find any fault.
Restaurant staff are very polite. Good food. Many sun loungers. Close to town.
Extremely over priced. Rooms in need of desperate refurbishment. We stayed in a deluxe bungalow and it was grotty. Furniture was old and worn. Bathroom is disgusting. You need one arm to hold shower head when showering. Water runs all over floor to a drain in the corner. Pool looked lovely till I got into it. Half of the tiles are missing and there was a lot of debris floating about. Beach has a lot of seaweed and is difficult to walk along. No where to swim. Extremely dissapointed.
Very nice place near the beach. I just think I will stay 3 days, but now I gonna stay 18 days. KohSamui is very nice place. Everything is good. Very good roomservice. Breakfast is allso nice, take omelet and muesli with milk and you will start youre day healty.
The only bad thing is you gonna love this place and you will not go back to home.
Good friendly staff and location right on the beach and within easy access to a very busy nightlife. Evening meals served on tables on the beach.very nice.
The villa I stayed in was described as "Superior" but in fact was very basic and dated. I dont think the complex has had much investement for many years and is in need of a refurbisment. I would only recommend for travellers wanting a good location on a limited budget
